Tom’s real estate background includes 20 years of experience in residential home development. As an executive at a national home building firm, Tom was responsible for marketing, merchandising, pricing, and product development on over 25 new home communities, and he managed a sales team that sold and closed 1,350 homes. In addition to residential brokerage at Compass, Tom is a principal of Laurel Homes Development, Inc., a custom home development company in Menlo Park. A Bay Area resident for over 30 years, Tom is a homeowner in Menlo Park with his wife, Kim, and their two children. Tom is a licensed real estate broker and holds a B.S. degree in Finance as well as an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.
